Leon Spellson

Leon is an experienced sports and entertainment marketer with a diverse background in both the corporate and private sectors, coupled together with extensive experience in the event, live sports and entertainment industry.  Leon has developed extensive relationships with executives and organisations globally and locally in the media, agency, sports and corporate industries. 

Leon founded ESE The Agency in 1998, becoming one of Australia’s leading sports marketing and project management companies.  Leon was appointed as General Manager of Nine Live in 2011, a newly created division of Nine Entertainment Co. Nine Live rapidly became the market leader in touring, events, hospitality and sponsorship resulting in a successful incremental revenue stream for Nine Entertainment Co.

In 2014, Leon relaunched ESE The Agency and has since worked with many high profile organisations including; News Corp Australia, VISA, Samsung, Channel 9, Network 10, Magic Millions, NRL, AFL, Crown Resorts, Swisse, Bauer Media Group, Harvey Norman and Four N Twenty to name a few.

Kelly Sammut

Kelly is a Senior Marketer passionate about delivering tangible business outcomes through lateral thinking, creativity and collaboration. She is skilled in bringing together strong teams to achieve complex brand objectives.

With extensive leadership experience including agency experience in the UK before moving into luxury brand management with a career spanning 15 years with Lexus Australia.

Kelly has been successful in taking a challenger luxury brand to become an established and recognised brand within the luxury market via her leadership and innovation in Business & Brand Strategy, Research, Sponsorship, Events, Lifestyle PR, Content Creation, Media & Partnerships

Kelly has now joined ESE The Agency to bring her experience and brand mastery working with clients to establish themselves in an ever changing marketing landscape.
